- Log in to your GoBizUSA Account by clicking on the Login button in the upper-hand corner of the website. You will be directed to the Login page where you are required to input your email address and password.
There are two ways to access the order tracking number on your Account dashboard:
Option A: Under Recent Purchases in the 'Overview' tab, you can locate your Tracking Number with the relevant Purchase Number. Click the FedEx tracking number link to view your shipment status.
Option B: Click the Purchase Number of the order that you would like to track. Next, you will find your individual FedEx Tracking Number under the 'Track Package' field. Once you select the Tracking Number, you will be redirected to the FedEx site.
Both Options A & B will direct you to the FedEx page which will provide a tracking ID and showcase your order travel history.
If you are experiencing a technical issue, report this to our Support team by creating a case on your account dashboard.
You can create a case by accessing the Cases tab on your dashboard. Then click on "Submit a New Case," describe your issue, and submit the case.
