How Do I Request a Quote (RFQ)?

Please note that Requesting a Quote (RFQ) is limited to GoBizUSA Business Members only. If you do not have an account as a Business Member, sign up to register by clicking here

Once registered as a Business Member, login to your My Account dashboard.

There are different ways to add items to a quote:

  1. Clicking on a product when browsing the website
  • View your selected product then, click on the "add to quote" bar. You can change the quantity by clicking on the number. 

  • After clicking the button, click on the Quote Request link and you will be directed to the page where you can submit the RFQ. On that page, you can add more items if needed. 

 

       2. Adding Items through your Account dashboard 

  • You can access your Account dashboard by scrolling to the header of the website and clicking on "Request A Quote." It will lead you to the RFQ page under My Account where you can enter the desired products.

  1. Under My Account
  • Click on the Purchases tab under My Account, then the Request A Quote subtab. You can use the search bar to look for items of choice by inputting the item name to add to your quote list.

Note: To submit and view a complete list of your quote, you must have access to your account dashboard. You can select your shipping address of choice (or add a new one) and leave a comment in the Comments section along with your quote request.

Once your quote has been submitted, a sales representative will contact you in two (2) business days. For immediate assistance, call us at +1 888-8846249 (888-88GOBIZ) 

Next Steps:

  1. After submitting your quote, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that the quote has been received and is in review. A copy will also be attached as a PDF file which will contain a summary of the order and the quote's expiry date.

 2. You can view your created quote by clicking on the Purchases tab on your Account dashboard and the Quotes subtab. It will outline a list of created quotes along with the Quote Number, Request Date, Amount, Expiration Date, and Status. You will also be assigned a sales representative and may contact our Customer Support team to adjust your quote as needed.

 3. Once your quote has been reviewed and accepted by Customer Support, you can approve it or call your designated sales representative for any further questions.
