Click Billing / Invoices under My Account and list open invoices.
Select your invoice and click the "Make a Payment" button. You have the option to pay the entire balance or issue a partial payment.
To update the payment amount click on edit payment on the "Make a Payment" screen and update Amount to Pay in the following pop-up screen and click save. Click continue.
Select your payment card, and type in your card's security code. Click submit to issue the payment.
